Leadership Experience
Served as a Lead faculty person in several nursing courses as well as Faculty Senate President at the Community College level. Active in community organizations serving on various committees. Served as Preceptor for more than 20 years in various hospitals throughout the East Coast.

Values and Beliefs About Leadership

I believe strongly in servant, collaborative leadership. I value other’s opinions and believe we accomplish more as a group when we can come together and utilize the talents and strengths of the individuals within the group.

What Inspires Me
I am inspired by people who overcome adversity to reach their goals as well as by people who have calm and positive attitudes regardless of their circumstances.
