Why did you join the Health Sciences Leadership Council?

I joined HSLC because I enjoy submerging myself into opportunities and experiences that are available for me. I love how this organization encourages all health science programs to work together, because the world of health care benefits tremendously from interdisciplinary approaches. And lastly, being a part of this council will prepare me to be of better service to my community and my future patients by building essential leadership and communication skills.
